Captain Mark Noble best captain in Georgia fishing. Best guide in St. Simons Island and Sea Island, Ga.
Mark grew up on St. Simons Island and spent many of his early years exploring and
fishing the vast estuary system that engulfs these Islands. He has "devoted his life" to
fishing and anyone who has fished around here "knows" that he has the "best reputation
for catching fish".... "especially when "no one else" can".  In the afternoons, after-school,
Mark would take his boat and enjoy exploring every part of the rivers, creeks, marshes
and oceans that he could. Fishing St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island, Little St. Simons
Island, Cumberland, St. Marys, St. Augustine and Sapelo Islands, just to name a few.
He truly "loved" to fish and wanted to explore it to every depth! That being said, he
"knows these waters and the habits of the marine life" like the back of his hand. If you
want to learn to fish, get the best tips of fishing the waters of the Golden Isles, then
Captain Mark Noble "is" the captain you want to fish with. He has also made shows with
Cefus McRae and O'Neill Williams. You can also find him on youtube. Mark has not only
just fished the local waters he has also been out of the country -he has been to many
different countries-just to fish-(the man "loves to fish"). Mark has gotten a reputation as
well as or better than that of his dad ( the late  Adam Noble, "arguably the best trout
fisherman on the east coast".)  Mark was one of the  first Captain's here on St. Simons
Island to start Charter Fishing and he has helped many of the other guides get their start here on the Island. Captain Mark Noble is the St. Simons Island "Icon of Fishing"! So if you
want the best of Georgia Fishing..you gotta fish with Captain Mark Noble!

Captain Mark Noble loves to fish-knows "how to catch the fish" - and truly enjoys the
experience of watching others catch fish more than fishing himself!

If you're planning a trip to Sea Island, Jekyll, Brunswick or St. Simons Island, Ga (or anywhere else

Have fished with Mark for ten years! He is absolutely the finest and the hardest working fishing guide on the Georgia coast! Five stars are not enough!

I've been on many chartered trips. This has been the best experience to date. Captain Mark is by far the most experienced captain I have had and just a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend him!!!!!!!

The best fishing charter I've ever had. He knows what, how, where, and when to catch fish even when people say they aren't biting. I know because we caught them today. He is fun to be around and a very personable person. Anyone who can patent there on lure ought to raise a red flag! If you are looking for a fishing guide don't waist any more time book your trip!

Running a charter business is one of the most challenging occupations around. Even when you do everything right, sometimes the fish just won't cooperate. But that's fishing. You can't predict the weather a month in advance, and even when we were facing poor fishing conditions on the day of the charter, Mark had a Plan B that saved the day. Mark also embodies all the positive characteristics of a great charter guide...part fish...part fisherman...part diplomat...part magician...and part tour guide. His energy and passion for fishing and pleasing his customers is evident from the first time you meet him, and at the end of the day you'll have made some wonderful memories after spending an enjoyable day on the water. I certainly did.

My son and I had the honor to fish with capt mark and what a great day. He put us on some great spinner action we caught a lot of fish but to us the best part of the trip was just being out on the water with Mark. His love of fishing and the kind way about him was special. We can't wait for next trip

We went with Capt. Mark on Oct 5th. for Bull Reds, it was cloudy with rain in the area cause the Hurricane Jaoquin was off the coast, Mark took us out and we got a shark on the first stop, he then moved us maybe 30 yds over and MAN the fish were on, we had Triple and Quad Hookups all morning all the way till we where exhausted and give out at about 12:00 pm our bulls where from 32 inches up to 42 Inches. He is a very good guide, the best I have ever fished with. And he is also an awesome person. We look forward to same time and place next year with him.

Thanks Capt. Mark for the great time.

We fished with Mark on Oct the 5th. We had a blast, we had triple and Quad hookups all morning long of Trophy Bull Reds. Mark is a great guy, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I think our smallest fish was 32 inches, and largest was 42 or 44. We loved our trip and cannot wait to go back down again next year.

Awesome fishing!! Tarpon everywhere-hundreds!! Never seen such a sight in all my life-Bull red drum to boot :) several large 250-300lb lemon, tiger and spinner sharks! Can't wait to go again! These are trips you will want to take-over and over and over again. Family members and those who love a challenge will certainly enjoy this type of sport fishing!

Me and my wife fished with captain mark for the first time this weekend. We had a 8 hour trip booked and first thing mark came in and told us was due to weather and tides that 8 hours was probably unnecessary but the decision was up to us. We respected that he told us that because a lot of people would just take your money. So we chose to shorten the trip to six hours. Right away I knew regardless if we caught fish or not we were going out with a good and honest person which is always great.

We went out after bull red drum and did not have to search. We arrived to the first spot and within two minutes had the first 40 inch red on. We fished for the next 3 hours with never catching a break from a rod being bent catching between 30 and 40 red fish. Did not have time to count. Average fish about 25 pounds biggest being around 40 pounds.

It was a great day of fishing and will be a returning customer. Looking forward to getting after some trout and a tarpon or two!! Anyone looking to book a trip I would highly recommend captain mark!

  • Had a close friends wedding just before Thanksgiving in Atlanta, so made the trip from Michigan with some family. Decided to stay a few extra days (since we're already down there) and get some fishing in out of Saint Simons Island with Captain Mark Noble. Best vacation decision EVER.
As an avid angler in Michigan I have fished everything from small ponds to the Great Lakes and most everything in between, and have never experienced such INSANE fishing. We caught so many sea trout and redfish it was ridiculous! Even my Mom (who doesn't particularly care to fish, but likes to be out on the water) caught so many and had such a great time, she's already brainstorming ideas for the next trip down :)
Special thanks to Capt. Mark and Lisa, who were superbly easy to get along with, and an absolute pleasure to be around. If you get a chance to spend some time around the Georgia Coast, and want to have an amazing time catching a TON of fish, I highly recommend you look up Captain Mark.
